The terms that govern your use of Redirections
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Redirections ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Service Description
Redirections is an HTTP redirect management SaaS platform. The Service provides a dashboard and API for creating, managing, and deploying redirect rules to a global edge network.
Accounts
Accounts are managed through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your account information up to date.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create redirects to illegal, harmful, or malicious content
- Facilitate phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Redirect to malware, exploit kits, or other harmful software
- Circumvent security measures of third-party services
- Scrape, crawl, or abuse the Service beyond normal usage
- Interfere with the Service infrastructure or other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all redirect rules, configurations, and data you create through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service.
Redirections and its licensors retain all rights to the Service, including the platform software, documentation, branding, and intellectual property.
Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Refunds are provided on a pro-rated basis for the unused portion of the current billing period when you downgrade or cancel.
We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Service Availability
We use reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The free tier does not include any service level guarantees.
We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the dashboard or by contacting support.
Upon termination, you may export your data before your account is deleted. Account data is retained for 30 days after deletion to allow recovery, after which it is permanently removed.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable EU law. We comply with GDPR and related data protection regulations.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
