Pricing Questions
What is included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 1,000 redirect rules, 1 project, 10K API requests per month, and 1 API key. No credit card required. You get full access to the edge API with sub-50ms lookups globally.
How do I upgrade from Free to Pro?
Upgrade anytime from the billing settings in your dashboard. The upgrade takes effect immediately with pro-rated billing for the remainder of the current period. No downtime or data migration needed.
What counts as an API request?
Each redirect lookup via the Edge API counts as one API request. Management API calls (creating, updating, or deleting rules) and dashboard usage do not count toward your API request limit.
Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can cancel or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing settings. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You will receive a notification when approaching your plan limits. If you exceed limits, existing redirects continue to work but you will not be able to create new rules or make additional API requests until you upgrade or the next billing cycle begins.
